Shipping Conditions
Our aim is to ship all orders within a week of placement, subject to potential delays, as we are a small start-up. Please email us if you have a specific deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. All prices exclude freight costs. Local sales taxes will be applied at checkout for all orders within the EU. Additional taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The recipient’s address must contain Latin letters and Arabic numerals; otherwise, we will be unable to process the order. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Sweden as traceable shipments via UPS or PostNord, with tracking links provided by email. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. We reserve the right to deny any customer purchase. Please note that while we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Failed Deliveries or Unclaimed Goods
For returns to us due to failed delivery or unclaimed packages, the customer is required to pay a supplementary shipping cost for the re-shipment of the order.
Returns
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from or return their online purchase within 14 days of receiving their product. The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, with the original tags and box it came in.
When exercising the right to withdraw, customers are responsible for all costs related to the return of the item(s). Refunds will be processed once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when ordered.
